The Rockford office of Natural Land Institute is looking for a part-time research assistant as part of a team that has been awarded an 18-month grant.

This position is based in the Rockford office, but there is an opportunity to work from home. This is an excellent position for someone at the start of a career in conservation finance or a related field. Work is done during normal office hours and may involve some in-state travel.

The research assistant will report to NLIS executive director and work closely with the project team.

The position is part-time, about 20 hours per week from December1, 2017 to March 31, 2019. Pay will be an agreed-upon hourly rate. Travel expenses will be reimbursed with mileage based on the standard rate.
